Leading wireless company one of only 476 U.S. companies to take on the challenge and earn this
distinguished recognition.
IRVINE, CA (December 19, 2011) – Full Circle Wireless, the global leader in extending the usefulness and value of wireless
devices, today announced that the company has been officially certified as a B-Corporation by B Lab, a nonprofit
organization dedicated to using the power of business to solve social and environmental problems.
According to B Lab, “Our vision is simple yet ambitious: to create a new sector of the economy which uses the power of
business to solve social and environmental problems. This sector will be comprised of a new type of corporation – the B
Corporation – that meets rigorous and independent standards of social and environmental performance, accountability,
and transparency.”
The B Corp Certification is a third party certification consumers can trust. Being certified shows that you’re a good
company and step above those with just good marketing. B Corporations reach over 17 million conscious consumers
through a community brand campaign and are a strong presence at conferences, exhibitions and events.
“Becoming a B Corporation is in perfect harmony with Full Circle’s original vision,” says Shelton Basham, General Manager and CEO for Full Circle Wireless. “While qualifying was a rewarding challenge, the practices they asked us to adhere tohave always been a part of the fabric that comprises the core function of our business. We are thrilled at what thismeans for our organization.”

This week News Corp launched The Daily which is an iPad only publication boasting a more interactive experience. According to CNNMoney.com, $30 Million was invested for launch and yearly costs are $26 million. The Daily has 100 staffers committed to the new publication costing $0.99/week or $40/yearly subscriptions.
New York Times is starting their own iPad publication called News.me. This app will be less traditional in that it will show stories based on your preferences and what’s being read by who you follow on Twitter. News.me seems to be more of a competitor of Flipboard by being a aggregating articles instead of the new content provided by The Daily.

Rumors regarding an iPad 2 have been flying around since the original iPad was released.
At CES we saw many iPad 2 cases that had room for a front and rear facing camera and SD card slots. MacRumors reports the welcomed addition of FaceTime , Apple Camera, and Photo Booth Apps on the iPad 2.
Everything is pointing toward an April release of the new tablet, according to AppleInsider.

The Full Circle gang had a blast at CES. We met some amazing people and found some really great products. Here are some of our highlights!
LG had some amazing products to show off this year. We were most impressed with their OLED TV’s with the very thin (2.9 mm to be exact) screen. We also got to play with LG’s newest smartphones (LG Optimus 2X and LG Optimus Black). The LG Optimus 2X was fun to pick up 3.8 ounces. Both boast some great features which shouldn’t be missed.
Panasonic had the ‘wow factor’ with their impressive room of screens and the 12.6 foot wide 3D plasma!
The office is a buzz with the excitement we had at CES 2011 and can’t wait for CES 2012!

You are not alone if you over slept due the iPhone’s alarm not ringing this morning. The apparent self fix that Apple assured users yesterday would fix itself, left many iPhone users late for work today. Apple told Engadget, “We’re aware of an issue related to non repeating alarms set for January 1 or 2. Customers can set recurring alarms for those dates and all alarms will work properly beginning January 3.” Unfortunately for many who trusted the self correction, their alarm failed to ring. CNN is reporting 5 free alarm apps that do work such as the Nightstand Central Free or Clock Pro Free. Or we recommend setting up an old fashioned alarm clock in the mean time!

Watching television on the go is one of the newest perks of the smartphone world. With the iPhone’s crystal clear display it’s no wonder why it is becoming more popular to view television on the go.
TV.com
If you are willing to watch tv in several parts then this is a nice free way of watching CBS shows. Generally an hour long drama is broken up into seven parts. Each loads automatically and has a short commercial in between. Full episodes are limited but your smartphone can keep your up to date on top CBS shows such as CSI Miami and classics like MacGyver.
HuluPlus
Hulu+ is subscription-based but has great content and an easy iPhone navigation. Hulu’s episodes play full episodes without breaking the episodes into several parts. Navigation is quite simple and follows with their Internet application.
Netflix
The Netflix iPhone app lets you browse their video library from your iPhone and instantly stream. This is a great app to catch up on past sessions of shows you’ve missed or to watch movies.
We can only see content becoming increasingly available on smartphones and tablets.

As part of the mission statement of Full Circle Wireless, our goal is to have a positive impact on our people, our business partners and most importantly, our planet. To strengthen our goal to contribute to a healthier planet, employees of Full Circle Wireless took time out of their busy schedules to clean up San Onofre State Beach in Orange County during Coastal Cleanup Day.
