distinguished recognition.

IRVINE, CA (December 19, 2011) – Full Circle Wireless, the global leader in extending the usefulness and value of wireless
devices, today announced that the company has been officially certified as a B-Corporation by B Lab, a nonprofit
organization dedicated to using the power of business to solve social and environmental problems.

According to B Lab, “Our vision is simple yet ambitious: to create a new sector of the economy which uses the power of
business to solve social and environmental problems. This sector will be comprised of a new type of corporation – the B
Corporation – that meets rigorous and independent standards of social and environmental performance, accountability,
and transparency.”

The B Corp Certification is a third party certification consumers can trust. Being certified shows that you’re a good

“Becoming a B Corporation is in perfect harmony with Full Circle’s original vision,” says Shelton Basham, General Manager and CEO for Full Circle Wireless. “While qualifying was a rewarding challenge, the practices they asked us to adhere tohave always been a part of the fabric that comprises the core function of our business. We are thrilled at what thismeans for our organization.”

Recent acquisition by Clover Holdings Inc. positions reverse logistics expert to become the global leader in wireless buyback for enterprises on a global level.

Irvine, CA – October 11, 2011 – Full Circle Wireless, the global leader in extending the usefulness and value of wireless devices, today announced that the company has launched a new solution that will offer the industry’s broadest buyback opportunities for enterprise customers and carriers, as well channel partners. The new service will ensure greater success in closing or renewing opportunities – providing enterprise customers a way to reclaim unrealized revenue for wireless devices far-beyond the typical handset.

“The combination of Full Circle Wireless and Clover is exciting,” says Shelton Basham, CEO for Full Circle Wireless. “Together we will accelerate our vision of enabling global service excellence by integrating highly complementary solution sets, leveraging the industry’s deepest service domain expertise, and serving, by far, the industry’s largest and most impressive client base. Together we are the clear wireless buyback market leader with capabilities to deliver unparalleled value to our clients and partners worldwide.”

While others have focused on gaming systems, DVD’s and cameras at the consumer level, Full Circle built it’s foundation on cell phones and is now expanding to include mobility solution devices, wireless scanners, modems and other carrier supported, and higher-value, wireless devices. Until now, this type of equipment has been ignored in the buyback arena.

“Our acquisition of Full Circle Wireless is a clear demonstration of Clover’s commitment to building the wireless industry’s broadest and deepest buyback service solution,” says Brian Regan, Executive Vice President of Clover Environmental Solutions, a division of Clover Holdings Inc. “Full Circle’s leading services, in combination with products and services currently offered by Clover, will now enable the world’s leading carriers and companies to best capitalize on opportunities and maximize revenue, profits and customer retention in both the retail and enterprise channels.”

Full Circle is already engaging customer opportunities on a custom quote basis.

Basham continues, “Because this is an acquisition and not a round of investment we are positioned for the long haul to sustain our position as the global leader in wireless buyback at the enterprise level. Our focus is squarely on long term profitability and value vs. short term gains.”

As organizations seek to generate cost savings and grow margins through green initiatives, they continue to partner and succeed with Full Circle Wireless for all their wireless device recycling needs.

Tuesday, October 11, 2011
Irvine-based Full Circle Wireless Inc.—which resells and recycles used mobile phones, tablets and other devices—has been acquired by Clover
Holdings Inc. in Hoffman Estates, Ill.

Terms of the transaction, expected to close later this month, were undisclosed.

Full Circle Wireless buys businesses’ mobile phones, BlackBerrys, notebooks, two-way radios and other devices. It removes sensitive information, and then refurbishes and resells or recycles them.

It sees about $6 million in annual revenue, according to executives.

Clover is one of the largest recyclers of ink jet and toner cartridges, and provides other recycling services for small electronics.

It has about $600 million in annual revenue, according to the company.

Full Circle’s focus on mobile devices from the business sector was an attraction, according to Brian Regan, executive vice president of Clover’s environmental group.

“It’s a really nice fit to what we’re doing,” he said.

Full Circle started in 2004 by targeting elementary and high schools. It soon got a batch of cell phones from the L.A. Times, and cofounder Shelton Basham and Troy Engar decided to focus on businesses.

Full Circle has worked with businesses ranging from Irvine-based chipmaker Broadcom Corp. to the New York Yankees and San Diego Chargers, among others.

Full Circle sells the refurbished products through online retailers and resellers. It sometimes sells devices back to the companies it originally bought them from, according to Basham.

Clover plans to add administrative, processing and distribution personnel at Full Circle’s offices here to meet growing demand.

“There’s room to grow the business there,” Regan said.

Full Circle employs more than 50 people in Irvine, where it leases 15,000-square-feet of office and warehouse space.

It processes some 20,000 units a month, with capability for more than 100,000, according to the company.

Clover Holdings employs more than 6,000 people worldwide.

Marking 3rd Consecutive Year The Company Has Received This Exclusive Recognition

2011 Inc. Magazine 5000 award comes directly on the heels of being named one of SupplyChainBrain Magazine’s 2011 100 Great Supply Chain Partners and one of Supply & Demand Chain Executive Magazine’s 2011 Executive 100 Companies.

Irvine, CA – September 1, 2011 – Full Circle Wireless, the global leader in extending the usefulness and value of wireless devices, today announced that the company has been named to the 2011 Inc. 500|5000, Inc.‘s annual ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America for the third consecutive year.

“Now, more than ever, we depend on Inc. 500/5000 companies to spur innovation, provide jobs, and drive the economy forward. Growth companies, such as Full Circle Wireless, not large corporations, are where the action is,” says Inc. magazine Editor Jane Berentson.

Started in 2003 as a three-man operation in the garage of company co-founder Troy Engar, Full Circle Wireless now occupies over 15,000 square feet of new office and warehouse space in Irvine, California and employs more than 50 people. The company does all intake, processing, repairs and distribution from its headquarter offices.

“Full Circle has always been focused on exceeding the expectations of its clients,” says Shelton Basham, Full Circle’s co-founder and CEO. “To receive this award for the third consecutive year is truly flattering and we look to only increase upon our market momentum and commitment to excellent client service.”

In a stagnant economic environment, median growth rate of 2011 Inc. 500|5000 companies remains an impressive 94 percent. The companies on this year’s list report having created 350,000 jobs in the past three years, and aggregate revenue among the honorees reached $366 billion, up 14 percent from last year.

The Inc. Magazine list debuted in 1981 as a ranking of the 100 fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. The following year, it expanded to the Inc. 500 and, in 2007, we inaugurated the Inc. 5000. Through each evolution, Inc. has sought to recognize and to celebrate the creativity, dedication, and hard work that entrepreneurs put into building their companies.

Complete results of the Inc. 5000, including company profiles and an interactive database that can be sorted by industry, region, and other criteria, can be found at www.inc.com/5000.
